Our stay at Stackstead Farm. Basic Certified Location Site.
Open ALL YEAR
We visited 14th and 15th March 2008.
The park was very quiet with just 3 caravans.
We chose our own spot where we had the best satellite signal.
On the down side were the facilities which were very basic and not very clean or well decorated.
We would recommend this nice little park, and we would stay there again.

Our Comments

Very pleasant surroundings overlooking the 3 peaks and only 1 mile walk to Ingleton and the famous Ingleton Water Fall trail. The walk is 4 miles long and is very grueling taking around 3 to 4 hours to complete.
We were surrounded by natures, spring lambs, variety of wild birds, chickens, and fan tailed white pigeons. Fresh free range eggs for 70p per half dozens made our breakfast extra special.
