Our stay at Whitemead Caravan Park.
Open from March to October
We visited on 27th & 28th March 2008.
The park was had a few motors homes and caravanners visiting.
We had a very warm greeting from Nadine who told us the electric have been cut off by some local construction workers.
We were asked to 'choose' our own spot. Facilities were spotless.
So far the best private touring park we have found and we would stay there again.

95 grass pitches (66 hook up)
5 acres of woodland
Small shop
Launderette & Clothes Washing
Security and Cameras
Disabled and Wheelchair Access
Children’s Play Area

Our Comments

Beautiful location with river Frome running at the end of the park.

Great for cycling, walking and running

Birdwatchers delight

Beautifully maintained showers & WC's

Electric trips off very easily.

1 mile to Monkey World
